We started with flour, water, and a whole lot of patience.

Kneadin' Dough wasn't born from a business plan—it was born from the simple belief that the best moments happen around real food and real people. Our founders are Morristown locals who grew up with the kind of warmth that only a neighborhood café can provide.

Every loaf we bake, every cup we pour, and every evening we stay open a little later is an invitation. An invitation to slow down, to sit with someone you care about, and to taste something made with actual care.

We source locally whenever we can, bake in small batches throughout the day, and treat every guest like they're walking into someone's kitchen—not a chain. That's not marketing. That's just how we were raised.

We start the ovens before dawn. That way, when you walk through the door at 7 AM—or 7 PM—the smell of fresh bread is already greeting you at the door.
